Position Summary 
As the Director of Marketing, you will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the property management industry. This role requires a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, along with the ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to drive growth and maximize revenue. In this role you will manage a team responsible for brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. What you'll be doing

  • Develop, direct, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive overall brand awareness, and increase resident acquisition and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Guide your team in developing integrated campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Utilize your market knowledge and collaborate with senior executives to develop future organizational growth plans.
  • Identify new and emerging market segments that will benefit 11Residential’s growth.
  • Maintain expert skills and knowledge on emerging products and services.
  • Forecast, draft, implement, and manage the department’s operating budget.
  • Manage the overall workflow and processes of the department.
  • Other projects and duties may be assigned based on business needs.
Education and Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of success in developing and executing marketing strategies within the residential property management industry required. 
  • 3+ years of effective people management, including leadership, coaching, team building, and fostering a positive work culture required.
  • Experience with property management software including Yardi, Site Manager, and RentCafe is required.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling marketing messaging and storytelling that resonates with target audiences across various channels and platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Compensation 
  • The base compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000.
  • This role also offers an annual performance based bonus. 
  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Physical Requirements 
To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee must be able to: 
  • Perform work in a professional office environment.
  • Must be able to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
  • Regularly required to sit, and to move about the various work environments to train, monitor and ensure compliance with all company requirements.
  • Verbally communicate with employees, co-workers and customers in person and by phone.
  • Occasional travel to various worksites that may require overnight stays, flights, and/or prolonged travel in a vehicle.
